From the Victorian terrace house street level entrance, this house has been designed as a series of interlocking spaces cascading down a steeply sloping narrow site before coming to rest as a double height living space, extending into the rear garden on a spotted gum platform.  A translucent polycarbonate stair with cedar battened balustrade gently rises through the forms reaching an upper level barbeque deck while allowing light to flow into and nourish the spaces below.
