This project refurbished the haematological and anatomical pathology laboratories as well as established a new microbiology laboratory with construction works structured across a  series of stages to enable the laboratories to continue to work throughout construction works and taking advantage of adjacent underutilised spaces to provide for the new microbiology lab. Benchtops, shelves and storage facilities were totally rearranged with new joinery supported by mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services being integrated into the fitout.
