This laboratory fitout was constructed to respond to the arrival of new equipment including a new vacuum fume cupboard, to optimise the outcome of limited space construction programme duration to accommodate the temporary availability of alternative laboratory facilities. Flat screen monitors are cantilevered from the walls with racks established for an array of thermal cyclers.  Emergency safety equipment including an emergency shower and eye wash are incorporated into the project.
