A great hall forms the principal internal space, extending onto a paved northern terrace through large fully glazed sliding doors, protected by sunlouvres and an operable awning.  A lineal skylight allows light to wash gently over the kitchen, pantry and laundry array to the southern side of the hall.  A suspended hardwood stair leads to a second storey study positioned as if a minstrel’s gallery overlooking the hall and onto the garden through a large picture window.
